— Management & Booking Services
We take all the work out of managing your holiday home or investment property so you can sit back and relax. This is a full service where we manage all the bookings, the cleaning, the linen and literally everything that comes with renting out your property for short term accommodation. The cost of this service is deducted from your monthly account which is costed at expenses plus an agreed management commission. But the best part is, if you have no bookings there is no charge, so there are no management fees if the property is empty and not being used!
— Caretaking & Cleaning Services
If you are a more 'hands on' owner and like to manage the bookings with another organisation or even if you manage them yourself, then we can also be contracted just to do the cleaning and caretaking component. Which includes providing linen, cleaning after check-out and getting the property check -in ready, making the beds and even providing consumables such as guest soap for a welcome reception. This service is also charged at a fee for service model based on your specific requirements.

We treat your home as if it is our home and manage the property with you. We have been doing this since 1925 and manage over 20 properties of our own at the same time! We exist to support our clients and guests and ensure open and honest communication at every stage of the partnership. Your homes success is our success, when your property makes money we get paid, it's as simple as that.
Getting Started
- Step 1: Fill out an online quote form or call our office.
- Step 2: A team member will book an appointment to inspect the property and determine suitability and requirements (declutter, photos, lock boxes etc) and discuss the options.
- Step 3: Set up your policy by email & phone or arrange to meet in person.
